County Hall, Belvedere Road, London, SE1 7PB, UK

 

The entrance to the Cities Climate Action Summit at County Hall is from the Belvedere Road entrance (not on the river side of the building). Belvedere Road runs parallel to the river to the rear of the building.

 

The door to the venue is situates in the middle of the building, half way down Belvedere Road opposite Forum Magnum Square. The nearest stations to the venue are Waterloo and Westminster - both a pleasant 5minute walk away.

 

 

 

From Waterloo underground station:

Exit the station via the Southbank exit and turn right towards the London Eye. Keep walking up York Road until you hit the crossroads at Chicheley Street and see the London Eye on your right. Continue at the crossroads along York Road past the Premier Inn. Walk past the Premier Inn and Forum Magnum Square will open up on your right. You will be able to see the entrance to the venue on the opposite side of the square. Walk across the square and across Belvedere Road with Starbucks on your right.

 

Walking from Westminster underground station:

Exit the station via exits 1 & 2 and turn right up the steps onto Westminster Bridge. Walk across the bridge towards County Hall and the London Eye. At the end of the bridge continue straight on along the pavement. Go straight past the entrance to Marriott Hotel walking to the corner of the building and turn left in to Belvedere Road. Continue along Belvedere Road which runs along the back of County Hall - the door to the venue is situated in the middle of the building opposite Forum Magnum Square.

 

By Bus:

County Hall is located on the South end of Westminster Bridge and is served by bus routes RV1, 12, 53, 76, 77, 148, 159, 211, 453 and 507

 

By River Bus:

County Hall is served by River Bus route RB1 via London Eye Pier. The service runs 7 days a week, every 20mins from North Greenwhich via Canary Wharf.

 

By London Cycle Scheme:

The nearest docking station is located a few minutes walk away in Jubilee Gardens at the other end of Belvedere Road with another two docking stations on Concert Approach. Waterloo Mainline station has a further 3 docking stations

 

By Taxi:

Please note that there are barriers either end of Belvedere Road. When arriving by taxi you will need to walk up Belvedere Road

 

By Air:

County Hall is located in the centre of London and accesible by all three of London’s main airports. London City Airport is located 35mins by DLR and Underground while both Heathrow Airport and Gatwick Airport are approximately one hour via train.

 

For delegates coming via Heathrow, please use the Elizabeth Line and then change at Bond Street for the Jubilee Line to Waterloo. For those travelling from Gatwick, please take the Thameslink to London Bridge and change to the Jubilee Line to Waterloo.
