Overview
The urban mobility space and its bid for decarbonisation is filled with complex and critical decisions that need to be made, encompassing everything from how we re-develop existing infrastructure like roads and pavements, to how we deploy new technology that will enable a sustainable, long-term transition to electric vehicles.
In this workshop hosted by SmartCitiesWorld and the National League of Cities (NLC), we take an in-depth look at some of the challenges being encountered by transport agencies and local authorities in establishing mobility services that are environmentally-friendly, and support cities’ objectives to improve air quality, decarbonise, and reduce congestion.
This virtual workshop, taking place on [DATE, TIME], consists of two case studies from transportation leaders – one from Europe, one from North America – which are followed by an expert roundtable, where attendees will have their chance to probe into what has made those case studies a success and plot a path forward with their own projects. Among the discussion points are:
Join delegates from government and transport businesses for practical insights into cutting congestion and making MaaS a reality.
Registration is free (applications will need to be approved by the curator).
This roundtable aims to be a short and sharp discussion to allow delegates maximum impact for this short period.
