SmartCitiesWorld have partnered with The Coach House, a specialist coach training company working with global organisations to develop leadership and coaching capabilities.

 

Helen Tiffany has been a board-level coach for over 20 years, working globally with senior leaders through recessions, boom economies and for the past 12 months a global pandemic. Helen has developed a coaching approach combining neuroscience and a solutions-focussed coaching model to create a coaching package to help leaders and senior management lead through change.

Biography:

Helen has extensive experience working with senior management teams and board directors. She is one of a few coaches accredited at Master Executive level in the UK. Her experience spans over 30 years.

 

Helen believes that coaching helps to facilitate change and accelerate learning to improve performance. Her approach is to use tools and techniques that are bespoke to the individual and to create thinking space, a real commodity in these challenging times.

 

The coaching needs differ from person to person include: creating 100-day strategies, building confidence and influencing skills, transition coaching into a board position and leadership coaching.

 

Helen is passionate about the positive effects that coaching can have and this is reflected in her energy, focused approach and commitment to the industry.
