Ecological Age

Summary of the Blog: Earth is calling us, and my responsibility is to voice out the concerns and the importance of social ecology in changing our behaviours towards our common Oikos. I draw from scientific facts and build each blog article to tackle a certain economic, social or political issue to highlight the conflicting power in our ecological system. As part of this generation who saw the effect of climate change, I am interested in investigating the change of our social behaviour in order to live collectively on our so-called planet Earth.

In a world where globalisation is prominent and play a major role in reducing social distance, my communication skills and critical knowledge acquired as Community Marketing Executive at SmartCitiesWorld have been incremental in spreading the awareness that now is the time to look out for humanity and the next generations to come.

In a world where damage and destruction are irreversible, creative thinking and speculation have been rewarding tools that I learned as an Architect to open to new possibilities and ways to change our everyday life.

In a world where the Planet Earth is the only liveable place, my experience as a Visiting lecturer at the University of Westminster taught me that urban planners and architects should design inclusive space for humans and all living organisms.

In a world where human extinction is in danger, as a citizen in the community, my role is to point out small changes in our behaviour to respect the relationship between humans and nature.
