Detroit to launch inclusive self-driving programme
The Detroit Automated Driving Systems Shuttle programme will utilise self-driving vehicle technology to support Detroiters who are age 65 and older or living with disabilities
The city council has approved the Office of Mobility Innovation’s $2.4m contract with May Mobility to provide the service, planned for launch by autumn 2024.
